Vision : Be a professional quality assurance organization and simultaneously assist POLINEMA to become an excellent vocational higher education institution in global competition

Missions :

    1. Implementing POLINEMA Quality Assurance System in a comprehensive, gradual and sustainable manner.
    2. Increasing awareness and responsibility for quality culture for the entire POLINEMA academic community through increased competence and training.
    3. Continuously improve KJM's performance in handling integrated quality assurance in a professional manner.
    4. Encouraging study programs and support units at POLINEMA to always innovate and increase creativity in their efforts to continuously improve quality.

    Service Assurance

      1. Carry out internal quality evaluations as a whole, consistently, periodically, and professionally.
      2. Evaluate the overall quality of service performance with valid methods, accurate data, and proper analysis.
